HVAC Commercial Service Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Commercial Department Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial HVAC department, ensuring the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and project managers to deliver high-quality services to our commercial clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the commercial HVAC department and increase revenue.

  • Collaborate with residential and commercial teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

  • Monitor project budgets, quality, and timelines to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and resolve issues efficiently.

Job requirements

Must have at least 7 years experience in the field. Mech IV and EPA required. Nate Certified Preferred.
